James Harley not listed in original standing committee appointments 1/13/1915; however, Senate adopted Simple Resolution 14 on 1/14/1915 indicating he was a member. SR 14 removed James McNealus from Committee on Military Affairs, substituting James Harley, and removed Harley from Committee on Insurance, Statistics and History, substituting McNealus.

James McNealus appointed 1/13/1915, but on 1/20/1915 (Senate Journal, 34th Legislature, Regular Session, pp. 126-127), Senate adopted motion for James McNealus and Isaac Clark to exchange places on committees - McNealus to be on Committee on Constitutional Amendments and Clark to be on Committee on Insurance, Statistics and History.

1st C.S.: entire Senate added 5/17/1915 to the "Committee on Insurance and Banking," pursuant to Simple Resolution 22.
