Charges
- Study and investigate the use to which the scholarship funds provided for by Section 54.01(m) of the Texas Education Code have been committed; the committee shall investigate the collection and administration of the scholarship funds and the methods used to determine which students qualify for the scholarships, and shall suggest criteria to determine need.
