SR 5 by Westbrook introduced 5/3/1915 called for investigation into newspaper article charges. Motion by Sen. Nugent to postpone and SR taken up 5/3/1915 with resolution that newspaper article charges unfounded. On 5/7/1915, SR 13 by Smith again called for investigation and this SR passed. Appointed by Lieutenant Governor on 5/7/1915. Majority and minority report published; Senate adopted majority report.
