Study all major aspects of vocational-technical education programs offered by public junior colleges, Texas State Technical Institute, and high schools in this state, and, more particularly, study and determine the feasibility of establishing programs and priorities in vocational-technical education in all areas of the state, as well as those located outside of our post-secondary institutions and public high schools.
