1.	Compile reference data from all states on the rules of their houses of representatives as well as the joint rules between houses and senates.
2.	Consider needed rule changes for the House of Representatives to use during the 67th Legislative Session.
3.	Attempt to develop an administrative system for the consideration and enactment of memorial and congratulatory resolutions by the legislature.
4.	Consider the need for increased membership of the Committee on Regions, Compacts and Districts.
