HB 884 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Anderson County by authorizing the County to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purposes of acquiring right of way for the designated State Highways, including Farm-to-Market highways, or Federal highways when the acquisition of such right of way is approved by the State Highway Commission; requiring the levy of a tax to pay such certificates and the interest thereon; requiring such certificates to be approved by the Attorney general and registered by the Comptroller of Public Accounts and prescribing the effect thereof.
