HB 96 Caption: Relating to amending the Uniform Budget System for State and Local Governments; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict therewith.
HB 97 Caption: Relating to adding amending certain statute prohibiting sale of fish taken from fresh water streams in certain counties so as to add Tom Green County.
HB 303 Caption: Relating to regulating the operation of corporations organized without capital stock; and providing penalties for the violations hereof.
HB 377 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to foreign insurance companies by providing that the provisions thereof shall apply to all foreign insurance companies, other than life insurance companies, applying for a permit or certificate of authority to transact an insurance business in the State of Texas, other than those transacting the business of life insurance.
HB 822 Caption: Relating to validating, ratifying, approving, confirming, and declaring enforceable all levies and assessments of ad valorem taxes heretofore made by independent school districts in this State, not in excess of the limit now provided by law, which are void or unenforceable because the same were made and adopted by resolution, motion, or other informal action.
HB 900 Caption: Relating to validating, confirming, and declaring enforceable all levies and assessments of ad valorem taxes heretofore made by independent school districts in this State, in counties having a population of not less than 16,563, and not more than 16,963, according to the last preceding Federal Census, not in excess of the limit now provided by law, which are void or unenforceable because the same were made and adopted by resolution, motion, or other informal action, and because of the failure of the governing body of such districts to appoint the proper and statutory board of equalization.
HJR 40 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article III, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, by adding to Section 48 thereof a provision authorizing the levying of taxes for State highway purposes, and by adding to Section 49, of said Article III, a provision enabling the Legislature to provide for the extension of the credit of the State, for the purpose of reimbursing moneys expended and assuming and/or discharging obligations made by counties and defined road districts in the construction of a system of State highways by means of a tax on gasoline and all other motor fuels, and applying one-fourth of the tax on the business of selling gasoline, or other motor fuels, to the Public Free School Fund, and providing that no lien shall ever be created against real or personal property for the purpose of paying the principal or interest of any bonds issued for such purposes, and providing that the interest on said bonds shall not exceed four and one-half percent per annum.

HB 85 Caption: Relating to authorizing any county, political subdivision or defined district thereof to hold an election for the purpose of determining whether it will repurchase any road bonds sold and outstanding at the time of the passage of this Act, out of unexpended and unpledged funds received from the original sale of said bonds, and providing that such election shall be ordered and held in the same form and matter provided for in voting such road bonds.

HB 740 Caption: Relating to regulating petitions in suits for divorce.
HB 745 Caption: Relating to amending the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that the Clerk of a court from which an appeal is taken shall prepare a transcript in duplicate in every case.
HB 836 Caption: Relating to providing for a license for non-residents of Texas and aliens, who shall fish in the waters of the State of Texas, and to provide for a license for residents of the State of Texas who shall fish with artificial lures of any kind in the waters of this State; and amend said Section 3 to provide penalties for the failure of persons to procure a license to fish where the same is required under this Act.
