HB 29 Caption: Relating to determining the facts and public policy concerning the making of loans of Five Hundred Dollars or less; to define and regulate the business of making loans in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars or less; to permit the licensing of persons engaged in such business; to prescribe interest and to define, authorize, and limit charges which licensees may contract for and receive in addition to interest and to define the manner and terms by which such charges may be contracted for, computed, and taken by licensees.
HB 242 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to provide for the payment of pensions to those widows who have not previously received a pension because of their birth date or the number of years which they were married to a Confederate soldier or sailor.
