HB 86 Caption: Relating to protecting the public health by the regulation of the practice of Naturopathy; to create a Naturopathic Examining Board; to provide for the enforcement of this Act, and penalties for the violation of this Act; repeal all laws in conflict with this Act.
HB 160 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles of the Penal Code of Texas, exempting Naturopathic Physicians from the provisions of said Articles.
HB 344 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, relative to the practice of physiotherapy.
HB 442 Caption: Relating to declaring open season on fox in Hunt County, Texas, and making it lawful to kill any number of fox in Hunt County, Texas, at all times; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
HB 793 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles of the Revised Civil Statutes and Penal Code, providing, that the provisions of these Chapters shall not apply to those who practice physiotherapy and confine their practice strictly to non-medical treatment by electricity, massage, exercise by active or passive movements (rather than by drugs) and dietotherapy when confined to treatment by the regulation of diet and the use of food supplements, and making certain other exceptions.

HJR 41 Caption: Relating to proposing a constitutional amendment to provide that the Legislature shall have the power to provide assistance to and to provide for the payment of same to actual bona fide citizens of Texas who are needy aged persons over the age of sixty-five years, needy blind persons over the age of twenty-one years, and needy children under the age of sixteen years, who are citizens of the United States and are residents of the State of Texas; providing for increasing the over-all limitation of expenditure out of State Funds.
