HB 33 Caption: Relating to providing that license plates issued for vehicles owned or operated by any Governmental Agency that is exempt from the payment of the license fee as provided by law shall not be issued annually, but said plates shall remain attached to the vehicles for which issued as long as the vehicles are owned or operated by the Governmental Agency.
HB 647 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation out of any moneys in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the use of the Upper Red River Flood Control District.
HB 668 Caption: Relating to providing for the remission of State ad valorem taxes to counties for 2 years, for certain purposes; providing that if any section, subsection, paragraph, clause, sentence, or work of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Act; and this Legislature hereby declares that it would have passed such remaining portions despite such invalidity.
