HB 50 Caption: Relating to authorizing the School Land Board to grant permits for Geological Surveys or investigations on lands or other areas on which said Board is empowered to authorize the execution of leases for mineral development; to fix the terms and conditions of all such permits; providing penalties.
HB 162 Caption: Relating to authorizing and directing the Texas Prison Board to sell, transfer, and convey to the State of Texas for the benefit of the Permanent Public Free School Fund certain lands, providing for negotiations for the sale and transfer of such lands, providing for the sale of such lands to Veterans of World War II, making an appropriation.
