HB 44 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the use of nets and seines in the fresh public waters of Raines, Wood, Van Zandt, Henderson, Rusk, Cherokee, Nacogdoches, Houston, San Augustine, Angelina, Sabine, Tyler, Jefferson, Orange and Smith Counties for the purpose of taking, or catching, or attempting to take or catch, fish; providing penalties for the violation of this Act.

HB 654 Caption: Relating to regulating the sale of milk, providing for the numbering of containers used by Grade A producers in Texas to prohibit milk from losing its identity from the point of origin to the distributor or producer, and requiring identification from the point of origin of all milk shipped in from other States and requiring inspection by Texas Health officers and that same be produced under the same standards as are required in the State of Texas for milk produced within the State; providing a penalty.
HB 690 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes so as to authorize the governing boards of the various State institutions of higher learning to charge certain fees from all students to cover the cost of student services; naming the student services included.
