HB 405 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts relative to motor vehicle retail sales.
HB 629 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Texas Highway Department to enter into written agreements with owners of lands adjoining or abutting lands obtained by the State for the construction or improvement of highways, which would authorize such abutting or adjoining owners to use and cultivate portions of the right of way as may not be required by the Department for immediate use.
HB 630 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to provide that private corporations may be formed to transact any manufacturing or mining business, and to purchase and sell goods, wares and merchandise used for such business, or incidental thereto.
HB 631 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes by exempting property of associations for teaching and demonstrating modern and scientific methods of ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship not operated for profit form taxation when income from such property in excess of the amount necessary for operation and maintenance is used for the development of boys and girls and young men and young women in connection with ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship and demonstrating modern and scientific methods of ranching, cattle raising or horsemanship.
HB 632 Caption: Relating to providing for the relief of innocent persons convicted of crime and sentenced to the penitentiary; authorizing the Legislature to appropriate funds from the public treasury of this State for the relief of such persons who shall have been granted a full pardon with restoration of full citizenship and right of suffrage by proclamation of the Governor of Texas reciting the fact that such person was innocent of the crime of which convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
HB 667 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles so as to permit State and National banks in this State to remain open for the transaction of business on all legal holidays except on the 1st day of January, the 4th day of July, the 25th day of December and all days appointed by the President of the United States or by the Governor as days of thanksgiving.
HB 668 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts so as to provide certain legal holidays for bank purposes; to provide that any bank or trust company doing business in this state may, as its option, designate certain additional holidays, and give the public notice thereof.
