SB 25 Caption: Relating to Fixing Venue in Habeas Corpus Cases, after final Conviction.
SB 111 Caption: Relating to amending Acts relative to issuance of warrants payable from State available school funds, etc.
SB 115 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that any judge or clerk of an election, chairman or member of an executive committee, or officer of any primary, general, or special election, who willfully makes a false canvass of the votes cast, or false statement of the results of a canvass of ballots, shall be confined in the penitentiary for a term not less than two years nor more than five years.
SB 147 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of $43,850.00 out of the General Fund in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas for the establishment and maintenance of an agricultural experimental station for the development of dairy, poultry and truck crops in the First Senatorial District of Texas, said authority having been given said Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas.
SB 195 Caption: Relating to authorizing the appointment by the District Attorney of an assistant in Judicial Districts composed of one or more counties where the District Attorney is absent by reason of being a member of the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

SB 352 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute by extending period for which medical aid shall be provided not exceeding ninety-one (91) days when authorized by the Board.
SB 353 Caption: Relating to amending certain sections of a Bill to read that the State of Texas will co-operate through the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas with the United States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Biological Survey in the destruction of certain predatory animals and rodent pests in the interest of the protection of livestock, crops and ranges.
SB 372 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of the county attorneys in certain counties.
SB 448 Caption: Relating to directing the Texas State Parks Board to execute quit-claim deeds to lands situated in the Big Bend Park in Brewster County which were sold for taxes and acquired by the State for park purposes under the terms of Chapter 100, Acts of the First Called Session of the Forty-third Legislature, to the original owners in cases where the taxes were not actually delinquent, and where tax receipts or tax certificates can be produced showing payment of such taxes.
SCR 23 Caption: Authorizing appropriation from the contingent expense fund to pay for a portrait of Governor James V. Allred to be placed in the rotunda of the Capitol.
SCR 46 Caption: Granting W.G. Farrier permission to sue the State of Texas, the State Highway Department, and the State Highway Commission.

SB 46 Caption: Relating to requiring certain reports to be made to the Banking Commissioner, and prescribing the time for filing such reports, the fees therefor; prescribing penalty for failure to file.
SB 88 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of any county, in case of the inability of the regularly elected county judge to perform the duties of his office, or in case of his absence from the county for a period of Ten (10) days, to appoint some person qualified under the law to be elected to the office of county judge, to serve as county judge during the disability or absence of the regularly elected county judge, and during such time, to have and exercise all of the powers of the duly elected county judge of such county, and to provide for the compensation of the person selected.
SB 196 Caption: Relating to providing for the relief of the Douglassville Common School District No. 20, Cass County, Texas, in order to aid said district in rebuilding and equipping its school that was destroyed by fire in December, 1935, making an appropriation to said district for said property.
SB 202 Caption: Relating to creating the Special Fifth District Court of Marion County and Cass County, Texas, prescribing its jurisdiction, limiting its existence, fixing its terms.
SB 253 Caption: Relating to providing that no policy of life insurance shall be issued or delivered in this State, or be issued by a life insurance company incorporated under the laws of this State, if it contains a provision limiting the time within which any action at law or in equity may be commenced to less than two years after such company definitely serves notice upon the beneficiary that the company declines to pay the claim on such policy.

Akin of date August 28, 1930, fixing the venue of such suit, and authorizing J.R. Telford to sue the State of Texas to recover the sum of Twenty-four Hundred, Four Dollars and thirty-five cents ($2404.35), and any and all amounts that may be due under and by virtue of Comptroller Deficiency Certificate No. 654, issued to J.D. Baker on March 25, 1929.
