HB 418 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts relating to Kaufman County, and providing that certain fish may be caught or taken from fresh waters of Kaufman County with net, seine, traps, and permitting possession and sale of certain fish to be sold; providing that bass, trout, crappie, white perch, bream, other perch, and channel catfish shall be returned to the waters from which taken; prohibiting any person from going upon the lands of another for the purpose of catching fish and providing a penalty therefor; providing penalties for violations.

HB 134 Caption: Relating to amending Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that the Court either in term time or in vacation may enter an order setting aside judgment of conviction, suspended sentence granting new trial and dismissal, and further that where the defendant is under suspended sentence and shall have been accepted, conditionally or otherwise, into the military or naval service of the United States, and shall not have been convicted, or charged with any other felony, the Court either in term time or in vacation may set aside the judgment of Conviction, suspended sentence, grant a new trial, and dismiss.
