HB 69 Caption: Relating to the payment of the prevailing rate of wages on public works; declaring the provisions of this Act to be severable.
HB 80 Caption: Relating to providing a penalty for the private use of county property or labor or services paid for by a county, including supplies, equipment, or other things of value belonging to such county.
HB 132 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of the Counties of this State to employ interpreters by the month for Justice and County Courts where services are regularly needed, and to set up a monthly salary for such interpreters as County employees.
HB 262 Caption: Relating to prohibit any person from receiving or accepting pay or remuneration for becoming a surety or bondsman in any criminal case; providing a penalty therefor.
HB 300 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for the allocation of funds from the Clearance Fund to the "Children's Assistance Fund"; providing for the appropriation of such funds.

HB 562 Caption: Relating amending certain Article of the Penal Code relating to the control of any dog accustomed to run, worry, or kill goats, sheep or poultry, by adding to said Article a provision making it unlawful for any owner, keeper, or person in control of any dog which has bitten or attacked any person off the premises of the owner to permit such dog to run at large, and providing a penalty therefor.
HB 563 Caption: Relating to prohibit the carrying of gasoline other than gasoline in the tank of any motor vehicle used for the purpose of transporting of one or more persons, and providing a penalty for the violation of this act.
HB 564 Caption: Relating to authorizing county tax assessors and collectors to convey properties acquired by the state and county through tax foreclosure proceedings.
HB 597 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of any county having a population of over 100,000 inhabitants to adopt regulations and provide penalties for violations thereto relating to speeding and all other matters incidental to protection of the public in the use of county roads by pedestrians and vehicles where such roads do not form a part of the highway system and fall outside of the city limits of said incorporated city.
HB 598 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Highway Commission to adopt regulations as now provided for the State Highway System of Texas under certain conditions, for use of county roads not forming part of State Highway System and falling outside of city limits of incorporated cities; requiring the keeping of certain reports by the Commissioners' Court.
HJR 44 Caption: Proposing an amendment giving Cities or counties of Texas the authority to levy a tax of not exceeding one cent on the one hundred dollar assessed valuation of such City or County for the purpose of providing and maintaining a memorial or place of recreation for all United States Veterans upon an affirmative vote of a majority of the qualified tax paying voters of such city or county.

HB 369 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Comptroller of Public Accounts of the State of Texas and the State Treasurer of the State of Texas to transfer Three Hundred Twenty-five Thousand ($325,000) Dollars from the State Board of Hair Dressers and Cosmetology Fund to the General Fund of the State.

HB 206 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes relative to providing for Textbooks for use in teaching the German and Czech languages and to add thereto a provision for Textbooks for the teaching of the Spanish language.
HB 288 Caption: Relating to authorizing the County Commissioners of any county having a County Court at Law to appoint an official interpreter for the County Court at Law in such county; granting County Commissioners authority to terminate employment of interpreter; to provide for the salary of such interpreter and to prescribe his duties and providing for the oath of such interpreter.
HB 348 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Control to lease or rent certain County Hospitals; authorizing the State Board of Control to take over, manage and operate jointly with any County or City-County medical Unit in conjunction with the operation of the State Tuberculosis Sanitorium certain tuberculosis hospital units.
HB 738 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the offense of conversion by an executor, administrator, or guardian having charge of any estate, real, personal, or mixed.

HB 287 Caption: Relating to providing for a lien in favor of owners of apartment houses, as well as proprietors of hotels or boarding houses on the baggage or other property of tenants, guests and lessees of hotels, apartment houses and boarding houses for rent due to such owners of hotels, apartment houses and boarding houses, and further providing for a lien upon the baggage or other property of such tenants for the wanton, willful or negligent destruction of property in or about, or connected with the premises occupied by such tenants.
