HB 140 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court in certain counties to allow each County Commissioner certain expenses in connection with the performing of the duties as road commissioner in addition to the duties as County Commissioner.
HB 349 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Regents of the University of Texas and the branches thereof, the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College and its branches, the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College, the Board of Regents of the State Teachers Colleges, the Board of Directors of the Texas State College for Women, and the Board of Directors of the College of Arts and Industries to charge students building use fees of not to exceed Five Dollars ($5) per semester for the construction and equipment of buildings and power plants, the paving of streets, the purchase of land, and for other capital improvements.
