SB 274 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Board of Education to establish Independent School Districts upon any military reservations located within the State of Texas, upon such terms and conditions which may be agreed upon by the State Board of Education, and the military authorities.
SB 306 Caption: Relating to providing for the appointment of receivers for foreign corporations.
SB 337 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statutes relating to auditing of affairs of water control and improvement districts.
SB 513 Caption: Relating to granting A.T. Sayers permission to bring suit against the State of Texas and State Highway Department as next friend for Leonard Sayers, a minor.
SB 516 Caption: Authorizing the Judge of the Criminal District Court of Bexar County, Texas, to transfer criminal cases to the 37th, 45th, 57th, and 73rd District Courts, Bexar County, Texas, describing the procedure therefor and the duty of the District Clerk in relation thereto, and providing that all writs, processes, bonds, and recognizances in such cases so transferred shall be transferred with said cases and be as binding in the Court to which the case or cases are transferred as in the Court in which same were originally issued.
SB 520 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the District Courts of Bexar County, being the Subdivision identified by the numbers 37, 45, 57, 73, 94, so as to make such Subdivision apply only to the District Courts of the 37th, 45th, 57th, and 73rd Judicial Districts, and so as to provide an additional term for each of said courts.
SB 524 Caption: Relating to for fees for Constables in certain precincts, such fees to be the same as those now allowed to sheriffs and like fees allowed such officers in all cases where the defendant is convicted or pleads guilty.

SB 44 Caption: Relating to validating the organization of water control and improvement districts and validating all acts of the officials in creating such districts.

SB 65 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to guardianship of persons of unsound mind and habitual drunkards by extending the provisions thereof to persons mentally incompetent to manage their own property.
SB 66 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing for the appointment and qualification of non-resident guardians of the estates of non-resident wards, in the State of Texas, and prescribing the procedure in such cases, so as to extend the provisions thereof to all classes and kinds of guardianships of estates of wards whether such guardianships are authorized in this State or not.
SB 89 Caption: Relating to regulating fees of office for each county officer, precinct officer, district clerk and district attorney, receiving fees of office for his services.
SB 120 Caption: Relating to the hours of labor.
SB 137 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering parties to make the State of Texas a defendant to causes of action affecting real estate for the purpose of determining priority of liens whenever it appears that the State has a recorded judgment lien or liens on such real estate where such judgment lien arose out of a judgment of forfeiture of a bail bond.
SB 157 Caption: Relating to providing that no jury trial shall be had in any civil suit unless an application therefor be made in open court and a jury fee of forty dollars, if in the district court, and twenty dollars, if in the county court, be deposited by the applicant with the clerk to the use of the county.
SB 162 Caption: Relating to the opening of ballot boxes and the recounting of votes in contested primary elections; requiring the district court or the executive committee to unlock and unseal the ballot boxes and recount the votes in any precinct where fraud or illegality is charged.
SB 181 Caption: Relating to providing that the Supreme Court shall admit to the practice of law only such persons who have successfully passed an examination given under the supervision of the Board of Law Examiners shall recommend for license to practice law.
SB 218 Caption: Relating to providing that corporations may be created for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating radio broadcasting equipment and stations, and the charters of any corporations organized under the laws of the State of Texas now operating broadcasting equipment and stations in Texas may be amended to include the construction, maintenance and operation of radio broadcasting equipment and stations.
SB 226 Caption: Relating to providing for the time and place of the meeting of the district executive committee and district conventions of political parties.
SB 267 Caption: Relating to providing for the election, oath, and bond of the office of assessor and collector of taxes, as combined by the recent amendments to the Constitution.
SB 315 Caption: Relating to providing for appointment of an official court reporter for each District Office of Bexar County, either civil or criminal, by the judge of each district court of said county, either civil or criminal.
SB 354 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the construction or maintenance of cesspools, ditches or excavations of any character, used as or intended for use as receptacles for impure matter, within incorporated cities, or within a radius of ten miles around any such city; and defining who may be punished in case of violation of this Act by partnership.
SB 373 Caption: Relating to providing that any private corporation now created under certain statutes of the State of Texas may so amend its charter as to include the business of selling ice manufactured with machinery used by such corporation in connection with the manufacture of refrigeration for cold storage purposes which may be used by such corporation.
SB 374 Caption: Relating to fixing the term of office of School trustees of independent school districts heretofore created by special Acts of the Legislature, having the Board of seven (7) trustees and having included within their boundaries a city whose population was in excess of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand and less than Two Hundred Forty Thousand as shown by the last preceding Federal census.
SB 399 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to grounds for divorce so as to provide that except where the husband or wife is insane, a divorce may be decreed where either party is guilty of excessed, cruel treatment or outrages toward the other, of such treatment is of a nature to render their further living together insupportable.
SB 464 Caption: Relating to permitting Mrs. Lillie Stallings, and her two minor children, H. G. Stallings, Jr., a boy, age 16 years, and Lillian Stallings, a girl, age 11 years of age, to bring suit against the State of Texas for alleged damages to have been caused by negligence by the State.
SB 509 Caption: Relating to providing for changes in the times for terms of court in the thirty-seventh, forty-fifth, fifty-seventh and seventy-third judicial districts of Texas, providing for vacations for the judges thereof, providing necessary provisions with reference to processes, writs and petit jurors made necessary by the changes made by this Act and validating and legalizing the same.
SB 510 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to rules of practice and procedure in certain district courts, so as to make said statute and all of its terms applicable also to counties having four or more district courts and lying west of the 98th meridian of longitude in addition to counties to which said statute and its terms are now applicable.
SB 548 Caption: Relating to renewal or extension, by administrator, of obligations due estate.
SCR 18 Caption: Endorsing former Wyoming Governor Nellie Tayloe Ross for membership in the cabinet of President-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt.
SCR 38 Caption: Authorizing the Board of Control, Governor, and Attorney General to enter negotiations and purchase land adjacent to the San Antonio State Hospital in order to build a nurses' home and additional ward.
SCR 83 Caption: Granting the Grand Lodge of the Order of the Sons of Hermann in the State of Texas permission to sue the State of Texas.
SCR 84 Caption: Authorizing the Enrolling Clerk to make certain correction in SB 209.
SCR 91 Caption: Approving the suspension of Joint Rule #11 on HB 279.
SJR 22 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Sections 9, 15, 18, 20, 21 and 23 of Article V of the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to fix the term of office of the clerk of the district court, county judge, constable, justice of the peace, sheriff, county commissioner, county clerk, district attorney and county attorney at four years, providing that neither of said officers shall be eligible to succeed himself.
SJR 23 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 30 of Article XVI of the Constitution of the State of Texas, so as to fix the duration of all offices not otherwise fixed by the Constitution to four years, providing that the Railroad Commission shall be composed of three members, who shall be elected as now provided, by the people, and fixing their term of office, which shall be six years and that one Railroad Commissioner shall be elected every two years and in case of vacancy in said office, that the Governor fill the same by appointment until the next general election.
SJR 24 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Sections 14 and 16 of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to fix the term of office as of assessor and collector of taxes at four (4) years, providing that said officer shall not be eligible to succeed himself.
SR 24 Caption: In memory of former Senator Perry J. Lewis.
SR 40 Caption: Endorsing Frederick Charles Chabot for the position of Minister in the diplomatic services of the US.
SR 103 Caption: Memorializing the federal government to purchase the East Texas Oil Field in order to conserve surplus oil.
