HB 238 Caption: Relating to making appropriations to defray the costs assessed against the State of Texas of the Rio Grande joint investigation being conducted by the National Resources Committee, through the Water Resources Committee, constituted under Act of Congress, and making appropriations to pay the Court costs and expenses of the Attorney General in the prosecution of the complaint of the State of Texas in the cause of the State of Texas vs. the State of New Mexico, et al, No. 12 Original, October Term, 1936, in the Supreme Court of the United States.
HB 428 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful to take, hunt, trap, shoot or kill any deer or wild quail of any species, for a period of five (5) years in Hudspeth County, Texas; fixing a penalty.
HB 429 Caption: Relating to fixing terms of office and providing for election of school trustees in cities constituting Independent School Districts or which have assumed control of their Public Free Schools and having, according to the last preceding Federal Census, a population of not less than one hundred one thousand (101,000) inhabitants, and not more than one hundred five thousand (105,000) inhabitants.
HB 431 Caption: Relating to providing for personal service of citation on persons of unsound mind, habitual drunkards and persons for whom it is necessary to have a guardian appointed to receive funds or money due such persons from the Federal Government.
HB 682 Caption: Relating to authorizing credit unions to invest its funds, not to exceed twenty five (25) percent of its paid in capital stock and fifty (50) percent of its cash surplus then on hand in the Securities Savings banks are authorized to invest in by certain statute.
HB 752 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to reimburse growers and producers of cotton for expenses incurred during the years of 1933 through 1936 by reason of the establishment by the State of Texas of regulations requiring such growers and producers to pay for fumigation of cotton and sterilization of seed, and also to pay expenses of the Compensation Claim Board in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
HB 762 Caption: Relating to setting forth the title of the Superintendent of the hospital, his restrictions, rules and regulations, and further the powers and duties of said Chief Executive Officer and the powers of the Board of Managers.
HB 763 Caption: Relating to providing for sworn applications to any county hospital sustained by said County as to their destitute conditions, and failure of means to go elsewhere, and providing said applications must be filed prior to the entrance thereto or as soon thereafter as possible, and prior to the departure of said patient from said county hospital.

HB 985 Caption: Relating to providing for the extension of the Rio Grande Compact, authorizing the Texas member of the present Rio Grande Compact Committee and his successor in office, to act as Commissioner and to negotiate with the Commissioners representing the States of Colorado and New Mexico for a new or permanent Compact, subject to ratification by the Legislature, and authorizing such Commissioner to administer the provisions of such Compact.
HB 1009 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain a horticultural and agricultural experiment station at some point within the limits of the El Paso irrigated valley in the State of Texas for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the production of cotton, alfalfa, and farm crops, and of fruits, berries, grapes, nuts, and vegetables and for the development of information as to the best methods of management and use of irrigated soils and irrigated waters, and for conducting scientific experiments in poultry raising, dairying, animal husbandry, and bee culture.
HB 1127 Caption: Relating to providing for the designation of the territorial limits of unincorporated cities, towns and villages through which State Highways and public roads pass, and providing for the designation of school zones on State Highways, public roads and streets and alleys, and providing for the erection and maintenance of signs, markers, signals or lights designating the limits of such unincorporated cities, towns or villages.

HB 681 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; permitting the filing and recording of the receipts for inheritance and succession taxes paid to the State of Texas and other States, and receipts for estate taxes and other Federal taxes affecting the title to land in Texas, and providing that certified copies thereof shall be admissible in evidence.
HB 682 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; payment of inheritance tax, by adding to the class exempted and taxes under Class "A" therein, stepchildren of the decedent, and their direct descendants and the direct descendants of adopted children, and by providing that such classification shall apply in the case of persons now deceased and whose estates have not been appraised for inheritance tax at the time of the passage of this Act.
