SB 196 Caption: Relating to regulating the maximum annual fees which may be retained by county and District officers in certain counties.
SB 197 Caption: Relating to fixing the compensation of County Commissioners in certain counties at Twenty-One Hundred ($2100) Dollars, providing that such shall be the salaries of said Commissioners so long as the taxable values in the county shall exceed Fifteen Million ($15,000,000.00) Dollars, for the next preceding year, and prescribing that the salaries be paid in monthly installments.

SB 174 Caption: Relating to providing that the Industrial Accident Board shall hereafter be known as the Industrial Accident Commission and providing that said Commission shall consist of three members, and providing for their term of office, and providing that the present members of the Industrial Accident Board or Commission shall continue in office as members of the new Industrial Accident Commission until the expiration of their respective terms of appointment.
SB 175 Caption: Relating to defining the terms "dependent" and "accident"; redefining the terms "employee," "beneficiaries," "legal beneficiaries," "injury" and "personal injury."
SB 176 Caption: Relating to providing that on or before the date of the expiration of compensation policy the Association shall give notice of such expiration to the Industrial Accident Commission and from and after such notice by either the subscriber or Association, all employees of the subscriber shall be conclusively presumed to have notice of the fact that the employer has ceased to be a subscriber.
SB 177 Caption: Relating to payment of compensation in case of death from injury in certain cases.
SB 178 Caption: Relating to providing that the Association shall furnish such medical, surgical and other attendance or treatment, nurse and hospital service, including crutches and apparatus for such period as may be required.
SB 225 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act providing for development of State-owned river beds for oil and gas purposes by re-appropriating for the purposes therein set out the unexpended balance of the specified appropriation contained in Sub-section 8 of said Act.
SB 281 Caption: Relating to limiting the amount of any assessment to one-fourth of the assessed value of the property at the time the lien is fixed, and providing that parties cited by publication shall be entitled, in a suit to enforce such lien, to plead any matters which might have been urged in an original hearing upon the assessment, and prohibiting personal judgments except upon contract liens.

SB 444 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the enforcing of judgment in capital cases so as to provide for the time of execution, the method of execution, the place of execution, those who shall be present, escape after sentence, and escape from the penitentiary.
SB 514 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the taking, killing or possession of wild fox for the purpose of barter or sale, and prohibiting the use of steel-traps for taking furbearing animals in certain counties.
SB 544 Caption: Relating to providing that in all counties containing a city, other than the county seat, in excess of 7,000 inhabitants according to the 1930 decennial census, the tax collector, with the consent and approval of the commissioners court of said county may appoint a deputy tax collector in such town or city, who shall have the right to issue valid receipts for all taxes collected by him and to collect a fee of twenty-five cents from each person who pays his taxes to said deputy and to whom said deputy issues a receipt.
