HB 268 Caption: Relating to declaring it unlawful for any person to kill squirrels in Angelina and Tyler Counties, Texas, during the month of July; declaring it unlawful for any person to kill, take, or have in his possession for purpose of sale in Angelina and Tyler Counties any wild fox or the pelts thereof; providing that this law shall be in force for a period of Two (2) years; prescribing a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this Act.

HB 551 Caption: Relating to providing for the apprehension, arrest and trial of one alleged to be of unsound mind by filing of information under oath before a county judge or justice of peace and the issuance of a warrant of arrest thereon and return thereof to the county judge.

HB 54 Caption: Relating to providing any person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association of persons in this State entering into any contract of insurance issued or contracted which makes the resort to any kind or character or arbitration a condition precedent to the filing, prosecuting, or maintaining any suit thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be void and of no effect.
HB 174 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing that in the trial of civil cases nine members of the jury concurring may render a verdict in the district court and five jurors concurring may render a verdict in the county court, county court at law and courts of justices of the peace.
HB 258 Caption: Relating to fixing the salaries and compensation of County Commissioners in certain counties.
HB 785 Caption: Relating to defining the word "liquor"; defining what constitutes a case of liquor, levying a tax of Three Dollars ($3.00) on each and every case of intoxicating liquor sold, stored or distributed in this State, or imported into this State; fixing the duty of paying said tax and affixing and canceling the tax stamp as provided in this Act; providing that any person violating any provision of this Act, except Section 8, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
HB 921 Caption: Relating to making applicable and available to school districts and municipal corporations which have power to levy and/or collect their own taxes all of the provisions of certain statute, pertaining to the manner of assessment and collection of taxes and enforcement of collection of delinquent taxes together with all liens, rights and remedies therein given to the State and county.
HB 922 Caption: Relating to providing that the tax liens provided by the Constitution and statutes of the State to secure ad valorem taxes on oil, gas, or other minerals in place, or upon any leasehold interest therein and/or on any personal property or equipment used in connection therewith, shall, after taxes thereon become delinquent, attach and extend to all wells, personal property and equipment located on said land, as well as the minerals in place, and to the mineral estate owner's share of such minerals after severance from the land, and to proceeds of sale of such minerals, and providing that such lien shall be paramount to all other rights and liens.
HB 994 Caption: Relating to authorizing any county or district organized, or which may be hereafter organized, in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, to purchase for the use or benefit of the people within and adjacent to any such county or district, or the use or benefit of a portion of the area of such political subdivision served thereby, work, buildings, equipment, together with all the rights, lands and easements appurtenant thereto and necessary therefor, for rendering irrigation, flood prevention, drainage, water supply and/or sewerage service.

HB 220 Caption: Relating to providing that the owner of the surface or soil estate in land sold by the State with the mineral reservation, may purchase the State's mineral estate in said land, defining terms "mineral estate," "owner," "soil or surface estate," "free royalty".
