HB 167 Caption: Relating to providing for the licensing of certain persons connected with race tracks; providing penalties.

HB 217 Caption: Relating to providing that persons holding liens, mortgages, etc., be deemed co-owners with purchasers and requiring recording of instruments in the county where the property is situated; providing for penalty.
HB 403 Caption: Relating to providing for persons voluntarily surrendering wild game killed accidentally or innocently; providing for penalty; repealing conflicting laws.
