HB 96 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the buying and selling of pools or receiving or making bets on horse racing, and providing a penalty for its violation.

HB 37 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Chapter of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (R.S.); providing for a six cent a barrel tax on oil; placing said revenue into the Available School Fund and the Old Age Pension Fund of the State of Texas; requiring reports; prescribing penalties.
