SB 18 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) to pay the contingent expenses and to pay the mileage and per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Regular Session of the Forty-sixth Legislature.
SB 23 Caption: Relating to amending the "Motor Carrier Act of Texas," providing that said act shall not apply to a private carrier; permitting the operation of private carrier without the Railroad Commission restrictions; making it unlawful and providing a penalty for the operation of vehicles by private carriers without a private carrier's permit.

SB 427 Caption: Relating to making appropriations for the support and maintenance of the executive and administrative departments and agencies of the State Government for the two-year period beginning September 1, 1939, and ending August 31, 1941, and for other purposes; making it unlawful to use any State-owned automobile in connection with any campaign relating to any measures in which the particular department by which the employee is directly interested and/or in behalf of the election of re-election of any person as head of such department; prescribing procedure and penalties for violation of this Act.
SB 430 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the contingent expenses and to pay the per diem of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the Regular Session of the Forty-sixth Legislature.
SB 431 Caption: Relating to the salaries of all State officers except those Constitutional State officers whose salaries are specifically fixed by the Constitution; specifically providing that the Legislature shall fix the amount of compensation to be paid clerks of the Court of Civil Appeals, the Supreme Court and the Court of Criminal Appeals out of fees of office.
SB 450 Caption: Relating to appropriating Twelve Thousand ($12,000) Dollars, for the month of June, 1939, and Twenty-one Thousand ($21,000) Dollars, for the month of August 1939, to defray the administrative expenses of the Texas Relief Commission incurred in connection with the distribution of surplus commodities, the investigation and certification of clients to Works Progress Administration, Civilian Conservation Corps, and National Youth Administration, and administration and liquidation of federal programs in Texas.

HB 218 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any owner to permit his horses, mules, jacks, jennets, cattle, sheep, goats, or hogs to run at large upon and along the enclosed right of way of any designated State highway of this State.
HB 427 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for filing of itemized, sworn statement of all actual and necessary expenses incurred by certain officers.

HB 611 Caption: Relating to the purposes for which private corporations may be formed; prohibiting a corporation, join stock association, and association of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum from owning or owning stock or other interest in common carrier pipelines or pipeline companies, and fixing a time for conforming to the provision of this Act, and declaring that the ownership of stock in common carrier pipelines by corporations, joint stock associations of persons engaged in the production or refining of crude petroleum oil tends to create a monopoly, and is in conflict with the anti-trust laws of the State of Texas, and declaring same to be unlawful.
HB 634 Caption: Relating to providing that the judge of a county in which wild birds, wild fowls, or other wild animals, are depredating upon crops or domestic animals, may issue permits to the owners of such crops, or domestic animals, to kill such depredating wild animals; prescribing the conditions under which such permits may be granted.
HR 8 Caption: Endorsing the recommendation of the President to divorce oil pipelines from other branches of the oil industry as soon as possible.
