SB 370 Caption: Relating to promoting public health, safety, morals and general welfare by providing for the construction and supervision of safe and sanitary housing for families of low income, and for the sale or rental thereof on reasonable terms.
SB 528 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Texas Prison Board to exchange by proper deeds of conveyance 1.39 acres of land belonging to the State of Texas, a part of the Texas Prison System, situated in Brazoria County, Texas, for a 1.11 acre tract belonging to Mrs. Kate Palmer, a femme sole, also situated in Brazoria County, Texas, and adjoining lands belonging to the State of Texas.
SB 539 Caption: Relating to providing that the Texas Prison Board shall have the power to insure the officers and employees of the Texas Prison System against liability to third persons arising from and out of the use and operation of automobiles, motor trucks and other motor vehicles used by the Texas Prison System for purposes legitimately connected with the operation of the Texas Prison System.
SB 547 Caption: Relating to declaring that where any land was titled prior to the adoption of the Common Law and there has been a judicial finding that the original grantee abandoned said land prior tot he adoption of the Common Law, it shall be conclusively presumed that those now claiming said land under said original grantee or his heirs by conveyance or judgment is vested with all title which was originally vested in said grantee.
