HB 50 Caption: Relating to making it a misdemeanor to use a telephone in the office, place of business or home of another person, firm or corporation, for long distance conversation and have the charges, fees and tolls therefor charged to the person, firm or corporation in whose name the telephone so used is registered, without the consent of the person, firm or corporation in whose name such telephone is registered, and prescribing a penalty therefor.
HB 128 Caption: Relating to requiring all motor driven vehicles to come to a complete stop before crossing any steam or electric railroad track; providing penalty for violation.
HB 151 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relative to services rendered to any political candidate; providing a penalty.

HB 271 Caption: Relating to giving physicians, legally authorized to practice their profession in the State of Texas, a first and prior lien for medical services rendered to any person or anyone depending upon them on all crop or crop of said person for their services, provided said bill for the said services does not exceed $25.
HB 272 Caption: Relating to authorizing the maker of a will to apply to the county judge for a judicial determination of the question as to whether or not he was sane or insane or subjected to undue influence upon the day he executed the will, and providing the method of notifying the persons interested, and providing that no court in the State of Texas shall determine the question of sanity or undue influence of the person on the day when the will was made.
