HB 212 Caption: Relating to providing that no deficiency judgment shall be rendered against the debtor in any suit for foreclosure or collection by any court of this State, and providing for the extinguishment of all indebtedness evidenced by said note or other instrument foreclosed upon or for which a foreclosure judgment has been rendered, and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
