HB 528 Caption: Relating to providing relief for the Flat Creek Common School District of Henderson County, Texas, in order to aid said school district in rebuilding and equipping its school, destroyed by fire, on or about January 20, 1933; making an appropriation for said purpose.
HB 841 Caption: Relating to designating fur-bearing animals, declaring them the property of the State, declaring a five-year closed season on wild fox in Henderson County; and providing a penalty for the violation of this Act.
HJR 38 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Article VIII, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing for the adoption of a new section to said Article, to be numbered 9-a, which Section shall authorize the levy of a State ad valorem tax for the support of aged and indigent citizens of Texas.
