SB 14 Caption: Relating to requiring freedom of conscience in all political parties nominating candidates for office in this state and declaring to be against public policy and unlawful and void and of no effect any party pledge or test or agreement; limiting the power of a state executive committee of a political party.
SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending Article 207 of the Penal Code of the State of Texas, which provides that a county chairman or member of a county executive committee failing or refusing to have the name of a candidate, lawfully certified to him, printed on the official primary election ballot, shall be confined in the penitentiary.

SB 351 Caption: Relating to regulating the liability of sureties on obligations and undertaking in case of discharge or release of any principal thereon, less than all, or in event of such obligation or undertaking.
SB 352 Caption: Relating to amending Article 3810 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925 and changing the method of giving notice of sales provided for in said article.
SB 375 Caption: Relating to the duties of the County Board of Trustees of the public schools of this State, in all counties having 210,000 population or more, according to the last preceding federal census, authorizing them to condemn land for school purposes.
SB 394 Caption: Relating to increasing and fixing the salary of the Superintendent of Public Instruction in all counties having 210,000 population or more according to the last preceding Federal census.
SB 395 Caption: Relating to creating the District Court of Dallas County, to be known as the Juvenile District Court of Dallas County, defining the jurisdiction thereof, fixing the salary of the Judge of said court.
SB 403 Caption: Relating to providing that where any citation or notice mentioned in Subdivisions 1 to 7 inclusive of Article 2092 of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1925, except citations by publication, is served before the return of day thereof, the defendant shall appear and answer at or before ten o'clock a.m. on the Monday next after the expiration of twenty days from the appearance day named in said citation.
SB 419 Caption: Relating to providing that freight charges on carloads of coal delivered at any point within the State of Texas, where railroad track weighing scales are owned, or used or maintained at the point of delivery, or in the line of transit shall be based upon actual weight of said coal; providing a penalty.
SB 424 Caption: Relating to providing for the vocational rehabilitation and placement of physically disabled persons; to make an appropriation of Ten Thousand Dollars to make the law effective.

SB 15 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the survey of the Davis Mountains State Park Highway in the Davis Mountains of Texas, to be a part of the system of State Highways and providing that State convicts may be utilized in the construction of said Highway.
SB 64 Caption: Relating to creating and establish for each of incorporated cities of this State having a population of one hundred thousand or more located in counties having a population of two hundred and ten thousand or more inhabitants, a court with jurisdiction co-extensive with the territorial limits of such city concurrent with the county courts, county courts at law and the Justice Courts of this State over all misdemeanors committed within the territorial limits of such city.
SB 67 Caption: Relating to providing that liens for street improvement created by written contract of the owner or owners of land, or by interest therein, shall be superior liens upon such improvements and providing for the enforcement thereof.
SB 68 Caption: Relating to authorizing incorporated cities, towns, and villages incorporated under either general or special law, including those operating under a special charter or amendments of charter adopted pursuant to the Home Rule provisions of the Constitution to cause to be improved certain roadways, or any portion or portions thereof, and to assess part of the cost thereof against abutting property and owners thereof.
