HB 108 Caption: Relating to courses of instruction in schools, colleges, universities and other Educational Institutions of the State of Texas.
HB 109 Caption: Relating to requiring all persons who teach in the public schools to be American citizens.
HB 124 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Statute so as to provide that in cases where an examining trial is held charging the offense of murder, rape, burglary of a private residence, theft of property of the value of Fifty ($50) Dollars or over, or robbery, and the defendant is thereafter indicted by the grand jury, the examining trial fees of the sheriff shall be the same as provided by certain articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure for executing process.
HB 138 Caption: Relating to authorizing the creation of a junior college district in the State of Texas having taxable value of the property for school purpose of not less than Twelve Million ($12,000,000) Dollars and a high school enrollment of not less than 500 pupils in the eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh grades.
HB 303 Caption: Relating to requiring trustees of public school districts to provide a suitable United States flag for each school building of the district; requiring the State, city and county superintendent to issue and have observed the necessary instructions for the proper display and protection of the flag, and prescribing a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this act.
