HB 207 Caption: Relating to regulating the manufacture, distribution, sale, prescription and furnishing of intoxicating liquor for medical purposes; regulating prescription of intoxicating liquor by physicians and the sale or furnishing of intoxicating liquor by pharmacists and prescribing the necessary regulations, requirements and penalties to carry out such purpose; providing for the keeping of the necessary information and records and the filing of same with public officers and agents to facilitate the enforcement of the liquor laws.

HB 48 Caption: Relating to providing that all district attorneys, county judges, commissioners, and county attorneys, clerks of the district and county courts, and single clerks in counties where one clerk discharges the duties of district and county clerks, county treasurer, sheriff, county surveyor, assessor, collector, constable, cattle and hide inspector, justice of the peace, and all other county officers now or hereafter existing by authority either of the Constitution or laws, may be removed from office by the judges of the district court for incompetency, official misconduct, or becoming intoxicated by drinking intoxicating liquors as a beverage, whether on duty or not; providing such officers may not be removed because of such intoxication when produced by drinking intoxicating liquor upon direction and prescription of a licensed practicing physician of this State.
HB 180 Caption: Relating to creating a Judicial District Court in the counties of Limestone and Freestone in the State of Texas, in addition to the 77th District Court now existing in said counties; providing for the terms and jurisdiction thereof in said counties and for the grand juries in said counties.
