SB 3 Caption: Relating to and providing for the dissolution of levee improvement districts.
SB 142 Caption: Relating to lis pendens notices; providing that lis pendens notices mentioned and referred to in said article shall be notice to all the world of their contents, and that the suit or suits mentioned therein are pending and shall operate as soon as filed with the county clerk for record, whether service has been had on the parties to said suit or not.
SB 164 Caption: Relating to providing that in district or county courts, in the trial of civil cases before a jury, the judge shall give a general charge to the jury unless all parties to the suit agree to have the same submitted to the jury on special issues.

SB 5 Caption: Relating to providing that a certified copy of the record of a judgment or decree, or order, or entries, in the United States Courts in cases charging violation of the laws against the sale, manufacturing, transportation, possession, of intoxicating liquors, and the ownership or possession of equipment for the manufacture of such liquor, may be introduced in evidence in the State Courts in prosecutions for violation of any of the prohibition laws of the State, and shall be prima facie evidence of the guilt of the defendant.
SB 22 Caption: Relating to providing that the State Executive Committee of parties holding primary elections may prescribe qualifications for voters in such primaries, which shall be uniform throughout the State, and shall be enforced by all County Executive Committees of such party.
SB 23 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relative to primary elections by requiring certain candidates of certain political parties to be nominated by primary elections, all primary elections in this State to be held on the same day, and repealing certain statutes relating to the nominations by parties of ten thousand and less than one hundred thousand.
SB 39 Caption: Relating to providing that the State Executive Committee of parties holding primary elections may prescribe qualifications for voters in such primaries, which shall be uniform throughout the State, and shall be enforced by all county executive committees of such party.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to amending statutes relative to primary elections by requiring candidates of certain political parties to be nominated by primary elections, all primary elections in this State to be held on the same day, and by repealing statutes relative to nominations by parties of ten thousand and less than one hundred thousand votes.
SB 43 Caption: Relating to requiring judges, clerks and supervisors of primary elections to see that none but persons qualified shall participate in party primaries, and empowering judges, clerks and supervisors to conduct examinations into the qualifications and rights of voters to participate in party primaries.
SB 44 Caption: Relating to providing that any qualified elector under the laws and Constitution who is a Democrat shall be eligible to participate in Democratic primaries, but, declaring that in no event shall a negro participate in a Democratic primary in the State of Texas, and declaring ballots cast by negroes as void.
