SB 258 Caption: Relating to creating the Anson Independent School District in Jones County, Texas, including therein the present Anson Independent School District, incorporated under the General Laws; providing a board of trustees therefor, vesting said Anson Independent School District board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas.
SB 286 Caption: Relating to requiring railroad companies that heretofore have constructed, or that hereafter may construct, railroads through or into any town or city in this State, to construct and form a physical track in connection with any other railroad that heretofore has been, or that hereafter may be, constructed through or into such town or city when ordered to do so by the Railroad Commission of Texas; prescribing a penalty for violation of such orders made by the Railroad Commission.
SB 316 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Thirty-ninth Judicial District of Texas so as to omit therefrom the county of Throckmorton, fixing the terms of the holding of the district court in each of the counties in said Thirty-ninth Judicial District of Texas; placing the county of Throckmorton in the Ninety-second Judicial District of Texas, fixing the time for holding of court by the district court of the Ninety-second Judicial District of Texas in the counties of said district.
SB 341 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute creating the Woodson Independent School District in Throckmorton and Stephens Counties, Texas, so as to reduce the territory included in and re-define the boundaries of said Woodson Independent School District.
SB 375 Caption: Relating to amending the Interchangeable Jury Law, regulating the selecting, organizing and custody of juries in counties where there are three or more District courts or two District Courts and one County Court at law.
SB 409 Caption: Relating to creating the Snyder Independent School District in Scurry County, Texas; defining its boundaries, including the original Snyder Independent School Districts and adding territory thereto; conferring on said district and its board of trustees al the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws of the State upon independent school districts and the board of trustees thereof.
SB 437 Caption: Relating to creating the Westbrook Independent School District in Mitchell County, Texas, including therein the present Westbrook Independent School District of the said county; providing a board of trustee therefor; vesting said school district board of trustees with all the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas.
