SB 23 Caption: Relating to create a conservation commission for the State of Texas, providing for the number of commissioners, fixing the districts from which they are to be appointed.

SB 105 Caption: Relating to validating the charters and amendments to charters of all cities of more than five thousand inhabitants in this State, which have adopted charters or attempted to adopt or amend charters, and validating all proceedings had by city councils or city commissions or other governing authority, of said cities, in regard to the question of the adoption of charters or amendments thereto.
SB 117 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute providing that the bond of the district clerk shall be made in such a sum as the commissioner' court may direct, not to exceed twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars, and providing for the paying for said bond by the commissioners' court out of the general funds of the county.
SB 118 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute establishing Grubbs Vocational College by providing that the name of said college shall be changed from Grubbs Vocational College to the North Texas Agricultural College, providing for its location and designating it as a branch of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas.

SB 173 Caption: Relating to amending the inheritance tax so as to add the words "in contemplation of death" to the clause levying a tax upon property passing by deed, grant, sale or gift made or intended to take effect in possession or enjoyment after the death of the grantor or donor.
SB 181 Caption: Relating to declaring that Tarrant County Water Improvement District No. 1 has heretofore been duly and regularly established as a defined water improvement district in accordance with the provisions of certain statutes; defining the boundaries of said district; granting said district a special law for its local government.

SB 255 Caption: Relating to fixing rate of speed for motor vehicles upon the public highways of the State, and within the corporate limits of any of the incorporated cities or towns, and within the boundaries of towns and villages not incorporated; prescribing penalties for violations of this Act.
SB 256 Caption: Relating to providing for the issuance of oil and gas leases on University land and continuing in force all other laws relating to the issuance of oil and gas permit and development of oil and gas on University lands, except such laws and parts of laws as may conflict with this Act.
