HB 72 Caption: Relating to providing for the assessment of property stored in warehouses and places of storage and requiring that every warehouseman in the State of Texas who holds property belonging to any person, co-partnership, association, or corporation shall, on January 1st of each year, furnish to the tax assessor of the county in which such property is held, a list of such property and the name and address of the owner therefor.
