40th Regular Session
HB 299 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person who rents or lesses land from another to willfully appropriate to his own use.
HB 412 Caption: Relating to providing penalties for persons willfully and maliciously destroying personal property.
HB 436 Caption: Relating to amending certain articles of the Code of Criminal Procedure so as to provide that a defendant convicted of a misdemeanor and his punishment is a fine, but is unable to pay, he may discharge payments at the rate of one dollar per day.
