HB 127 Caption: Relating to preventing deception in the sale of paints, oils, naval stores and turpentine; providing for true labels for the name when offered for sale; providing for the appointment of a Chemist and an Inspector; providing penalties; making an appropriation.
HB 222 Caption: Relating to amend Article 1359, Revised Civil Statutes, so as to expressly include royalty from oil, gas, or other minerals.
HB 470 Caption: Relating providing that appeals from the decision of the County Superintendent of Public Instruction shall be to the County Board of School Trustees.

HB 141 Caption: Relating to creating and incorporating the Holliday Independent School District, in Archer County, Texas; defining its boundaries; conferring upon said school district all the powers, rights, privileges and duties as are conferred and imposed by the general laws of the State of Texas upon the independent school district.
HB 188 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the appointment of jury commissioners by district courts, and prescribing their qualifications, so as to provide for the appointment by said courts of not less than three nor more than five such commisioners.
HB 245 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the protection of accountants, bookkeepers, clerks, artisans, craftsmen, operatives, servants, mechanics, quarrymen, common laborers and farm hands; providing a lien and preserving a time of payment in lawful money; proscribing the duty of the assignee by changing the time when a duplicate account shall be presented.
HB 248 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute fixing the fees of constables for services rendered in business connected with courts of justices of the peace so as to change the amount of certain fees provided therein, and to add fee for every day the constable shall attend the justice court.
HB 356 Caption: Relating to providing for the levy and collection of an occupation tax of one cent on each ten cents of the gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, ice cream and iced drinks.
HB 373 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to Workmen's Compensation, Employers' Liability, and authorizing any employer of labor in this State who may under the said act or acts, insure his liability to pay the compensation provided by law, to carry his own insurance by depositing with the State Treasurer money, bonds and other securities, or indemnity bond in an amount to be fixed by the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Texas, based upon the probable loss of such employer actuarially ascertained.
