HB 33 Caption: Relating to requiring the labeling of all cloth, fabric, garments or articles of apparel sold or offered for sale in this State which contain wool or purport to contain wool, and sample containing or purporting to contain wool displayed in this State in soliciting orders, and providing for punishment for violation of this act.
HB 59 Caption: Relating to changing the time and terms of holding court in the Sixty-third Judicial District.
HB 77 Caption: Relating to providing that the county judge and each commissioner shall take the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution, and shall also take an oath that he will not be directly or indirectly interested in any contract with, or claim against, the county in which he resides, except such warrants as may issue to him as fees of office, and providing that said oath shall be in writing and filed and recorded in the office of the county clerk.
HB 78 Caption: Relating to providing that every person elected to the office of sheriff shall give bond to be approved by the commissioners' court for such sum as may be directed by such court, payable to the Governor and his successors in office.
HB 79 Caption: Relating to providing that the county clerk shall execute a bond in the sum to be fixed by the commissioners' court, not less than $2,000.00 nor more than $10,000.00, conditioned for the safekeeping of the records.

HB 553 Caption: Relating to reorganizing the Sixty-third and Eighty-third Judicial Districts of the State of Texas, and providing the time, and fixing the terms of holding the courts in each of said judicial districts; and conforming all writs and process from such courts to such changes, and making all process issued or served before this Act takes effect, including recognizances and bonds returnable to the terms of the courts in the several districts as herein fixed to validate process, and to validate the summoning of grand petit juries.
