HB 193 Caption: Relating to providing that after the 1st day of September, A.D. 1919, there shall be taught in the public schools of the State, to both male and female students, the "setting up" or calisthenics exercises similar to those prescribed for the school of the soldier by the United States Army tactics; providing that all male students shall be given instructions in military tactics and minor tactics such as are taught in the school of the soldier by the United States Army insofar as practiceable.
HB 276 Caption: Relating to creating the Katy Independent School District in the Counties of Harris, Waller and Fort Bend, State of Texas.
HB 300 Caption: Relating to establishing a Court of Domestic Relations in all counties of Texas containing a city of one hundred thousand population or more, as shown by the last United States census; fixing the terms and jurisdiction of said court.
HB 421 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities of over fifty thousand inhabitants to amend their charters by extending their corporate limits so as to include adjoining and contiguous territory where the annexed territory does not include any incorporated city or town of more than five thousand inhabitants.
HB 493 Caption: Relating to providing for the construction of a road and highway in and through the San Jacinto State Park, and providing for the use of convict labor for the construction of such road and highway, and appropriating out of the general revenue not heretofore appropriated the sum of twenty thousand dollars, for the construction and maintenance of such road.
HB 504 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article pertaining to trusts and conspiracies against trade so as to permit one corporation to acquire the physical properties of another corporation under the terms and upon the conditions in said Article set out.
HB 559 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to trusts and conspiracies against trade so as to provide that suits may be brought against corporations for violation of the anti-trust laws of this State for either penalties or forfeiture of charters of domestic corporations or permits of foreign corporation, or both, reducing penalties for the violation of the anti-trust laws and prescribing a period of limitation within which violations of said law shall be prosecuted.
HCR 29 Caption: Providing for Texas Independence Day celebration to be held in the Hall of the House.
HJR 18 Caption: Proposing an amendment to Section 5 of Article 4 of the Constitution of the State of Texas, fixing the salary of the Governor of the State and providing that he shall have the use and occupation of the Governor' mansion, fixtures and furniture, providing this amendment shall not take effect until the expiration of the term of the present Governor, and providing the Legislature may increase the salary.
