SB 15 Caption: Relating to amending the Revised Civil Statutes concerning the marital rights of parties, defining the separate and community property of the husband and wife, conferring upon the wife power to make contracts, authorizing suits on such contracts.
SB 51 Caption: Relating to a prohibition on falsely stating the consideration in any deed, deed of trust, mortgage, or other instrument in writing, transferring or affecting the title to real or personal property for the purpose of defrauding another, and prescribing a penalty.
SB 66 Caption: Relating to defining the original and appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, and regulating practice therein.
SB 86 Caption: Relating to authorizing the trustees of Common School Districts and Independent School Districts to direct the time for conducting the Public Free Schools in such districts at such time, and in such number of terms as may be deemed by them, for the best interest of those within the scholastic age entitled to attend such schools, and to suspend any term of such schools when the average daily attendance thereon in any one month shall fall below 30% of the scholastic population of such district.
SB 114 Caption: Relating to exempting from the provisions of Chapter 76, of the General Laws, entitled 'An Act to regulate the practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry,' all those who had been for three years before said act went into effect regularly engaged in the counties of their residence in the practice of veterinary medicine, surgery and dentistry.
SB 130 Caption: Relating to requiring individuals, co-partnerships, partnerships, associations and corporations and corporations engaged in the business of a retail malt dealer, and wholesale dealer, and wholesale distributor of spirituous and malt liquors, to file an annual report with the state comptroller, showing an ownership of property and contributions for political purposes, providing a penalty.
SB 176 Caption: Relating to prescribing penalties against railroads for violating the rules and regulations of the railroad commission relating to the furnishing of cars and the interchanging of cars between railroad companies and to the speed at which freight shall be moved between points within this state.
SB 268 Caption: Relating to apportioning the state into Congressional districts and providing for two additional districts to the number now provided for.
SB 347 Caption: Relating to defining hotels, public inns, and places where sleeping and food accommodations are furnished for hire and relating to the obtaining of board and lodging therein under false pretenses and prescribing penalties.

SB 263 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities under special charter granted by the Legislature of the State of Texas, to carry out existing contracts or make contracts with railway companies to erect and complete viaducts, to abolish and close portions of streets crossed by railroad tracks, to issue viaduct bonds not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10.000.00).
SB 269 Caption: Relating to prohibiting the introduction in evidence in any case, testimony divulging what shall have been testified to by any witness before a grand jury, except in criminal prosecutions for perjury in which such testimony given before such grand jury is made the basis of such charge of perjury.
