HB 461 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of Farmers' County Public Libraries.
HB 465 Caption: Relating to fixing the ad valorem tax rate at five cents on the one hundred valuation for the purpose of creating a special fund for the payment of pensions for services in the Confederate Army or Navy, Frontier organizations and the militia of the state of Texas, and the widows of such soldiers serving in said organizations.
HB 541 Caption: Relating to requiring all shippers of 'bolly' or 'threshed' cotton to mark on same the word 'bolly' with indelible ink and to require all railroad companies to take cognizance of such marks; to issue bills of lading accordingly; providing penalties.
HB 657 Caption: Relating to providing for the protection of the fish and oysters within tide water limits along the gulf coast of this State from the most interior point of tide water seaward co-extensive with the jurisdiction of the State, and the fish in such fresh water lakes, rivers and streams inland as may be owned by the State; and to provide for the sale and contracting for dam sites and protection of all marl, sand ,gravel, shells and mudshell that may be in or upon the bottoms of any location, providing for the issuance of permits for taking pearls, providing for leasing of the bottoms and proceeds arising shall be credited to the Fish and Oyster Fund; providing penalties; providing for compensation and prescribing duties of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commissioner and Chief Deputy.

HB 51 Caption: Relating to creating a State Bonded Warehouse System and affording a method of co-operative marketing for those engaged in the production of farm and ranch products; creating a State Warehouse Commission; defining the authority of the Commission and giving it powers of visitation over corporations chartered under the act; declaring gins to be subject to public use and requiring that all gins to be subject to public use and requiring that all gins in the State after July 31, 1914, shall obtain a license from the State Warehouse Commission and prescribing certain rules and regulations relative to the ginning and baling of cotton and sampling the same; prescribing penalties.
