HB 55 Caption: Relating to amending article 1333 of the revised statutes providing for the submission of causes on special issues upon request of any party to the suit, or upon the courts own initiative.
HB 58 Caption: Relating to making it the duty of the attorney general to institute all suits and proceedings necessary to recover for the state all property that may escheat and vest in the state.
HB 89 Caption: Relating to jurors in justice and city courts, providing for excuses, qualifications and days of service.
