HB 415 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to convey any or all interests the College owns in the Murray Case Sells Estate and Sells Petroleum Incorporated when, in the judgment of the Board, it is expedient or necessary so to convey or otherwise dispose of any or all such interests; ratifying and confirming any conveyance heretofore made by the Board.
HB 420 Caption: Relating to permitting the Game and Fishing Commission of the State of Texas, when requested by authorized representatives of units of The University of Texas System and the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College System, engaged in teaching and research related to marine science and oceanography, to transfer to The University of Texas System and the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College System or any other college or university located in Texas which is State supported fish nets, seines, motors, boats, and other marine equipment, which have been confiscated under the game and fish laws, to be used in the teaching and research programs of said institutions.
HB 486 Caption: Relating to requiring inoculation for poliomyelitis as a prerequisite for registration of first grade students in the public schools; providing exceptions.
