HB 272 Caption: Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing that drip gasoline extracted or expelled from natural gas pipe lines shall be labeled in plain, legible lettering as "Drip Gasoline" wherever sold or offered for sale for use in motor vehicles on the highways of Texas.
HB 418 Caption: Relating to authorizing counties having a population of not less than 6,117 and not more than 6,201 inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to expend monies for the purpose of maintenance and upkeep of the public cemeteries.

HB 581 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for minors between the ages of fourteen (14) and seventeen (17) years of age to drive or operate an automobile or any other motor vehicle in a reckless manner, at an excessive rate of speed, or while under the influence of intoxicating liquors; providing a penalty for violation thereof.

HB 49 Caption: Relating to authorizing and empowering the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain an Agricultural Experimental Station for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the study of agricultural problems with particular emphasis on the study of problems relating to upbuilding of sandy farms in the North West region of Texas, said station to be located in a sandy land section of either Wheeler, Collingsworth or Donley Counties, authorizing said Board of Directors to accept donations of land, appropriations, money, or anything of value for the establishment and maintenance of said station, authorizing the use of any donation or appropriations, placing the supervision of said station under the direction of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas, providing the manner in which said experimental station shall be operated and conducted.
