SB 79 Caption: Relating to regulating the take, catch, and disposition of fish and minnows from the lakes, ponds, rivers, or creeks within the boundaries of Comal County; prohibiting the use of poisons, drugs, explosives and substances or things deleterious to fish in said waters; providing penalties for violation.
SB 96 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person to take or attempt to take more than two (2) wild turkey gobblers during any one open season in Comal County; prescribing a penalty for violation of this Act.

SB 125 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relating to protection to court reporters in cases where pauper's oath is taken.
SB 224 Caption: Relating to granting and donating to each respective county of this State for a period of five (5) years, beginning with the taxable year 1940, one-half of the State ad valorem taxes for general revenue purposes not heretofore donated or appropriated to any county, district, city or other political subdivision, collected for general revenue purposes upon the property and from persons in each respective county, including ad valorem taxes on rolling stock belonging to railroad companies.
SB 266 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the use of the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, providing that it shall be repaid to the State of Texas.
SB 335 Caption: Relating to providing for additional return and appearance days for civil citations, writs, process and causes of action, in District Courts in each Judicial District of this State composed of two or more counties, each county thereof having two terms of court, such terms continuing for twenty-six weeks.

SJR 12 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment adding a new section to a certain Article providing for the assessment and collection of a Social Security Tax to finance Old Age Assistance and other Social Security purposes.
SJR 17 Caption: Proposing a constitutional amendment amending certain subdivisions of a certain Section to provide that a justice precinct may determine by a majority vote whether the sale of intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes shall be prohibited or legalized with in its prescribed limits.

SB 55 Caption: Relating to prescribing an open season on doves.
SB 93 Caption: Relating to making it lawful for the Commissioners' Court of Comal County to pay out of the General Fund of such county bounties for the destruction of predatory animals, providing that on petition of one hundred free holders the Commissioner's Court of such county may provide amount of bounty and method of proof to entitle claimant to obtain such bounty, and prescribing manner of payment.
SB 243 Caption: Relating to making an emergency appropriation of money for the Southwest Texas State Teachers College at San Marcos, Texas.
SB 419 Caption: Relating to creating and establishing Comal County Water Recreational District No. 1 in Comal County, Texas, for the purpose of protecting and preserving the purity and sanitary condition of the waters of a portion of the Comal River in Comal County by keeping the same free and clear of weeds and other growths, and of other obstructions to the free flow thereof, and thereby protect the health of those residing in such District and keep such waters in good condition for the recreational purposes of swimming and fishing therein and boating thereon by those entitled to do so.
SB 453 Caption: Relating to providing that if two or more persons with the willful purpose and intent to force or require any owner, representative or manager of any premises or building in this State to do or to refrain from doing any act or thing whatsoever, shall willfully enter on said premises or in said building or shall willfully remain therein and shall refuse or fail to leave said premises or building after being requested by the owner, representative or manager of said premises so to do, or if any person with such purpose and intent shall advise, counsel or assist any such person or persons to so enter or remain on said premises or in said building, each such person so offending shall be deemed guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the State penitentiary for a term of years of not less than two nor more than five years.
SB 483 Caption: Relating to providing for changing and prescribing terms and times of holding Court in the 22nd Judicial District of Texas, validating and continuing all process, writs, bonds and recognizances and making them returnable to the terms of Court in the several Counties in said District as herein fixed, to validate the summoning of grand and petit jurors under the present law so as to render them available under the present Act.
SB 495 Caption: Relating to authorizing the appointment of County Highway Patrolmen by the Commissioners' Courts of Counties containing not less than eleven thousand nine hundred eighty (11,980) inhabitants, and not more than twelve thousand one hundred (12,100) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census.
