||Calling the 35th Legislature in a Second Called or Special Session to convene on August 1, 1917, for the purpose of considering and making additional appropriation for the support and maintenance of the State University (University of Texas) for the two fiscal years beginning September 1, 1917, and ending August 31, 1919
||Calling a special session of the 35th Legislature to convene on April 18, 1917, for appropriations for the support of State government and its institutions, and the repair, restoration, and erection of necessary public buildings for the fiscal years beginning September 1, 1917, and ending August 31, 1919; and adoption of a uniform system of text books to be used in the public schools of this State after the contract for the present adoption has expired
