SB 148 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, so as provide for admittance of all persons over six and not over twenty-one years of age into the public schools free of tuition.
SB 218 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation out of the General Revenue Fund of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) to cover the payment of taxes on State Prison Farm lands located in Walker, Houston and Madison Counties.

SB 40 Caption: Relating to authorizing the State Board of Control to negotiate for the purchase of the Tribune Building in the City of Austin; appropriating the sum of three million ($3,000,000.00) Dollars out of the General Revenue Fund for the fiscal year ending August 31, for the purpose of constructing a state office building and prescribing the location and title of said building, and providing for how said building shall be arranged and built and who shall occupy it, and providing that all contracts shall be let by the State Board of Control.
SB 41 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article relating to amount to be paid for stock of an insurance company issued without normal or par value.
SB 49 Caption: Relating to amending statute relative to insurance companies whose capital stock whether with or without a normal par value shall become impaired to the extent of 33 1/3 per cent thereof, etc.
SB 56 Caption: Relating to authorizing and granting the power and authority to the Board of Regents of the State Teachers College, State of Texas, for the use and benefit of the Sam Houston State Teachers College, Huntsville, Texas, to contract with the Federal Government, or any of its agencies or departments, or to Sub Contract with any person, firm or corporation int he manufacture and delivery of Munitions of War for the United States Government; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
SB 143 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to pay miscellaneous claims out of any moneys in the Confederate Pension Warrant Fund not otherwise appropriated.
SB 242 Caption: Relating to providing for issuance of subpoenas in civil cases, by district or county clerks, and justices of the peace, for witnesses residing in the county of trial or within a radius of one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the place of trial, or who may be found within such areas at the time of trial; repealing conflicting laws and rules.
SB 263 Caption: Relating to providing for the purchase by the Texas Prison Board from T.E. Humphrey of 190.4 acres of land, part of the P. Gray League, Abstract No. 24, in Walker County, Texas, for a cash consideration to be paid out of moneys to be received by the Texas Prison Board from the sale of certain lands in Walker County, Texas, to the City of Huntsville.
SB 264 Caption: Relating to providing for the sale by the Texas Prison Board to the City of Huntsville, Texas, of 630 acres of land, part of the Warren Birdsell League, Abstract No. 6, in Walker County, Texas, at private sale for cash.
SB 265 Caption: Relating to creating the "Texas State Textbook Committee", providing the qualifications and terms of office for the members of said Committee, providing for meetings of said Committee, establishing and creating the duties of said Committee, providing for adoption of multiple lists of textbooks, etc.; providing for penalty for violation of terms of Act; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict.
SB 266 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation for the purpose of erecting a monument at the grave of Mrs. Memucan Hunt; providing for the right of private donation to participate in the expense.
SR 90 Caption: Appointing a committee of five members of the Senate to compose and function as an interim committee.

HB 31 Caption: Relating to requiring the granting by the Railroad Commission of certificates of public convenience and necessity for the operation of motor vehicles for the transportation of persons and property for compensation or hire over the public highways of this State between and serving cities, towns and villages located on or served by any railroad, etc.; and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict.
HB 62 Caption: Relating to providing for the proration by the Railroad Commission of Texas of gas, gas and condensate and/or distillate wells in the same manner as is now provided for oil wells, and providing that all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act and particularly any portion of House Bill No. 266, Chapter 120, General Laws of the 44th Legislature of Texas, Regular Session, that may be in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

HB 543 Caption: Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas of the sum of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars not otherwise appropriated, to cover the payment of taxes on State Prison Farm lands located in Madison County now due and unpaid, by the State of Texas to said County and so the Independent School District in which said lands are located, for the years 1930 to 1942 inclusive, and to become due for the years 1943 and 1944.
HB 548 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for taxation of the gross premium receipts of fraternal benefit societies, statewide mutual assessment associations, local mutual aid associations and burial associations; providing severability.
