SB 5 Caption: Relating to the licensing of motor vehicle operators and to the liability of certain persons for negligence in the operation of motor vehicles on the public highways, providing for the issuance of licenses, revocation of operator's and chauffeur's licenses under certain conditions, forbidding driving by persons without licenses, providing penalties, defining terms and providing for certain exemptions.
SB 6 Caption: Relating to regulating the introductions of testimony in any case where a petitioner seeks an injunction to enjoin the enforcement of rates fixed by any rate-seeking body empowered by the laws of this State to fix the particular rate companied of.
SB 39 Caption: Relating to limiting the right to continue suits and probate matters pending in the courts of the State to civil and probate actions in which a member of the Legislature is either a party or has been, or in which no one other than a member of the Legislature has been retained as attorney for the 20 days next succeeding the convening of any session of the Legislature.

SB 44 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns to create appraisal boards for the purpsoe of valuing property within the limits of cities and towns for fire insurance purposes.
SB 45 Caption: Relating to providing that the owner of any real estat in this State may file with the Tax Assessor a statement describing any liens thereon and that thereupon such owner shall be taxed only upon the equity owned in said real estate and repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict.
SB 46 Caption: Relating to providing a five-year period of limitation for all suits involving the recovery of mineral rights ownership of which has been segregated from the ownership of the surface, and providing that the owner and holder of the surface shall in such cases be considered to be in adverse possession of said mineral rights against the owner thereof and providing that the provisions of this Act shall not applicable in certain instances.
SB 67 Caption: Relating to providing that the commission in fixing maximum rates to be charged for fire insurance by companies in the State of Texas and determining credits to be allowed any city, town, or village, shall not take into consideration losses in cases on property which was insured for more than its real worth.
SB 119 Caption: Relating to providing that the owner of real property may under certain circumstances tender same to the holder of Hens thereon, providing the method whereby such tender may be made and to whom it shall be made.
SB 124 Caption: Relating to authorizing cities and towns to exercise the rights and enjoy privileges and immunities set forth in the Workmen's Compensation Law with exceptions herein set forth, fixing terms and conditions for their operation under such law.
SB 140 Caption: Relating to regulating fixing the season in which wild mourning doves, wild white winged doves, wild quail and wild Mexican pheasants may be taken and killed.
SB 161 Caption: Relating to providing that any employer permitted to become a subscriber under certain statute who will agree to conform to the rules of the Industrial Accident Board and who may be of sufficient financial ability to render certain the payment of the damages and compensation provided for in Part I of said statute, and who does not desire to insure the payment of such damages and compensation or to indemnify himself against loss sustained by the direct payment thereof, may upon finding of the existence of such financial standing by the Board of Insurance Commissioners of the State of texas, elect to pay such damages and compensation direct.
SB 183 Caption: Relating to the licensing of motor vehicle operators and to the liability of certain persons for negligence in the operation of motor vehicles on the public highways, providing for issuance of licenses, revocation of operator's and chauffeur's licenses under certain conditions, forbidding driving by persons without licenses, providing penalties, defining terms and providing for certain exemptions, enacting other provisions necessary and incidental to the subject of the Act.
SB 197 Caption: Relating to abolishing certain State colleges, and disposing of the property now held by said colleges.
SB 221 Caption: Relating to providing that no process shall issue or sale be had on any unpaid balance on any judgment for the foreclosure of mortgages or other liens until same shall have been rendered for taxation, prescribing the method of such rendition, and the evidence thereof.
SB 227 Caption: Relating to requiring the clerks of various courts of civil appeals, of the Supreme Court and of the Court of Criminal Appeals to collect and account for all fees, providing that no fees shall be retained by such clerks, and that no such clerk shall receive or retain any funds in excess of the salary provided by law, providing for the distribution of fees collected.
SB 228 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for persons bearing certain relations to other persons regularly employed by the State, or any of its political or governmental subdivisions or districts, to knowingly receive compensation from the State or from any such subdivisions or districts, and making it unlawful for any person to knowingly approve any account or authorize a drawing of any warrant or order to pay any such compensation to such persons, providing a penalty.
SB 229 Caption: Relating to providing a special fund out of the revenue received by the Fish, Game and Oyster Commission for the propagation, purchase and distribution of wild game.
SB 385 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for employees of the State to submit claims and expense accounts in excess of certain amounts for certain services, providing that no claim or expense account shall be submitted by any employee except while actually and necessarily absent from his headquarters, home office or place of operations, and making it unlawful for the head of any department to approve such claim and expense accounts and for the Comptroller of Public Accounts to knowingly draw any warrants or for the State Treasurer of this State to knowingly pay warrants drawn for such purposes, prescribing penalties.
SB 486 Caption: Relating to re-defining the term loan broker so as to include all persons, firms and corporations lending money, except those engaged in the regular banking business or in business of making loans on real estate.
SB 502 Caption: Relating to authorizing the commissioners court of McLennan County to fix the salary of the road supervisor of said county.
SB 508 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute conferring jurisdiction of the county court at law of McLennan County on the county court of said county and the powers possessed by said court and the judge thereof on the county court and county judge, respectively, of McLennan county, transferring pending causes and making pending processes returnable to the county court of McLennan County, disposing of fees of office, fixing the salary of the county judge of McLennan County.
SB 537 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of District Attorney in the 77th Judicial District of Texas; fixing the duties of County Attorneys of said district; fixing their compensation.

SB 71 Caption: Relating to providing for payment of wages semi-monthly; excepting municipal corporations and wages earned in agricultural and stock raising pursuits; providing a penalty.
SB 77 Caption: Relating to providing for the general welfare in an emergency hereby declared to exist by effectuating the purposes of the National Recovery Act within this State with reference to the milk industry, by eliminating unfair competitive practices therein, and by insuring the sanitary and healthful production and distribution of fluid milk and sweet cream; providing penalties for violation of the provisions of this Act.

HB 61 Caption: Relating to requiring all dealers in explosives to keep a record of all sales of explosives, and providing penalties for failure to do so.
HB 62 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by providing that no husband or wife who feloniously takes or cause or procures another so to take the life of husband or wife of such person, shall inherit from such person or take by devise or legacy from such husband or wife so killed or murdered, any portion of his or her community estate, and in such case where husband or wife feloniously takes or causes or procures another to so take the life of their husband or wife, as the case may be, then all property belonging to the community estate of the husband or wife, whose life is so taken shall go to and vest in the descendants or heirs at law as otherwise provided in certain statute.
