HB 354 Caption: Relating to providing that the holder of vendor's lien notes for the purchase money of real estate shall pay their proportionate part of all ad valorem taxes levied by the State, county, city, or any political subdivision thereof in the ratio of the amount of the indebtedness represented by such notes to the original purchase price.
