SB 13 Caption: Relating to declaring certain water improvement districts to have, and expressly conferring upon such districts, power to contract loans, borrow money or sell securities under certain conditions; describing such districts.
SB 33 Caption: Relating to providing for the method of securing certificates of exemption by persons exempt under the law from payment of poll taxes.
